Our Team Qualifications

Robert A. Burch  -  Bob was one of the co-founders of Kearney-Burch Financial Services, Inc.  He is now sole owner and President of the company.  Bob works closely with clients in the development and execution of personalized financial plans.  He has more than 25 years of experience as a registered principal and registered representative.  He is also licensed to sell life, health and disability insurance.

Bob is a native of Westfield, NJ and a graduate of Northrop University in Los Angeles, CA. Bob is a 24 year member of the Financial Planning Association and distinguished past President of the Kiwanis, past Treasurer of Women's Council of Realtors Contra Costa Chapter and President of Las Aguilas de Diablo - a Boy Scouts of America association of adult Eagle Scouts. Bob has served as Treasurer for Fern Lodge, Treasurer of the Albert Baker Fund and is currently Treasurer of the Christian Science church in Danville, CA.

Dickinson R. Kearney - Dick was a co-founder of Kearney-Burch Financial Services, Inc. and sold his share of the business to Bob in 2007. Dick maintains his Certified Financial Planner certification.

Andrea Young - Andrea is our highly organized professional administrative assistant. She promptly responds to client questions as well as maintaining current, accurate and confidential client files. Andrea was instrumental in streamlining the office processes, client records and taking the office paperless.

Andrea is a native of Fremont, CA and a graduate of Irvington High School in Fremont, CA. She is currently studying for her Certified Financial Planner certificate.

Barbara McGeough - Barbara has more than 25 years experience in the financial arena. She is an independent consultant with the key responsibilities of managing the firm's financial records, assists with the Asset Allocation reports and acts as Chief Compliance Officer for the firm. She and her husband have been active clients of the firm for over twelve years.

Barbara is a native of Mosinee, WI and a graduate of the University of Wisconsin- Madison with degrees in Mangement and Marketing. She also serves as Treasurer of Grace Lutheran Chuch in Hayward.
